Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service. For visits that are less frequent than every other week, you will receive a bill at the end of the week. For weekly or biweekly patients, this will be at the end of the month. As noted, the cancellation policy is two business days barring an emergency, and missed appointments will be billed in the full amount.

Dr. Mediratta is an out-of-network provider. Patients will be provided with a detailed bill that includes all the necessary information including CPT and Diagnosis codes to submit to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
